Warranty & Returns

All of our cabinets are custom made to order. This policy explains our all-sales-final position and what our 2-year limited warranty covers.

Last updated September 4, 2026

1. All Sales Final — No Returns or Cancellations

Every cabinet we sell is custom manufactured for a specific client to your chosen size and finish. For this reason, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are possible once an order is placed. The only exceptions are an item that arrives with a manufacturing defect or that was produced in error on our part, which are handled under the limited warranty below. Please review your configuration, measurements, and finish selections carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Inspect on Delivery

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Because most orders ship by LTL freight, we ask that you check the shipment for any visible transit damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage or a visible defect, note it on the delivery paperwork right away and contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can make it right quickly.

3. Two-Year Limited Warranty

We warrant our cabinets against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of delivery, under normal interior residential use. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the affected item or component at our discretion.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover normal variation in natural wood veneer grain and color; damage caused by improper storage, handling, or installation; exposure to excessive moisture or direct water; use in an exterior or commercial application; or normal wear and tear. Cabinets must be installed level and plumb, and by a qualified installer, for the warranty to remain valid.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim for a defective or incorrectly produced item, contact us at (772) 271-5995 or [email protected] with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.

6. Your Rights

This limited warranty is provided by Laturine LLC and is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable Florida and federal consumer law.
