Shipping & Delivery

We ship custom cabinets nationwide across the United States. This policy explains how shipping and delivery work.

Last updated September 4, 2026

1. Where We Ship

We ship throughout the United States. Because our cabinets are built and finished to order, every shipment is prepared specifically for your project. If you are unsure about delivery to your location, contact us and we will confirm the options for your address.

2. How We Ship — LTL Freight and Ground

Most orders ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight, which is the safest way to move assembled cabinets and larger quantities. Smaller orders may ship by ground where practical. We select the method that best protects your cabinets and suits the size of your order, and we will let you know how your order is traveling.

3. Shipping Fees

Your shipping cost is calculated from the size of your order and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises. For LTL freight deliveries, the carrier delivers to the curb; the driver is not responsible for moving cabinets inside or up stairs.

4. Lead Times

Because each cabinet is made to order, production takes place after your order is confirmed. Estimated production and transit times are provided as guidance rather than guarantees. We will keep you updated as your order is built and will contact you to arrange the freight delivery once it ships.

5. Freight Delivery Day

For LTL freight, please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment. Check the cabinets for any visible transit damage before signing the delivery receipt, and note any concerns on the paperwork at that time. Standard freight delivery is curbside and does not include carrying items inside or installation. If you need a lift-gate or a residential appointment, let us know in advance so we can arrange it.

6. Inspect and Report Damage Promptly

If your shipment arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. This allows us to file a freight claim and arrange a repair or replacement of the affected item, as described in our Warranty & Returns policy.
